Harlots Webb was formed in Vancouver in the early '80s by frontman Ken Stone, guitarist Dan Fortier, Mike Bailey on bass, and drummer Cary Kelly. They cut their teeth doing mostly covers in the local clubs, including The Commodore, The 86 Street Music Hall, and Club Soda's. During their run, they were also a popular attraction for the local TV telethons and the like.

In the line of other sleaze glam metal bands like Cinderella, Dokken, and Britny Fox, they released their only album, the independent WILD TIMES in 1990. Producer Ken Spence also lent some keyboard tracks during the recording sessions in Vancouver, polishing a critics rave, calling it one of the most under rated albums of the early '90s. The title track, "All Night Long," and "Just Another Night" backing up that claim.

They continued working the west coast while still shopping themselves around with the major labels. But by '92 despite being expected by many to lead the new wave of hard glam metal, the band called it quits and everyone went their separate ways and got out of the business all together. Thanks to the advent of Youtube, some rough live videos they got a new push, leading to the re-release of WILD TIMES in 2016 with a different cover on Demon Doll Records.
