  From the ashes of what the band describes as “the burned down and out London, Ontario rock scene” rises the soulful and dynamic sound of Backline Revival. The group was formed in the late 2000s and consists of vocalist Nikki James, guitarists Houndog and Chuck Rocks, AJ on drums and bassist Rickie Lee.Combining a handful of styles that run the gamut of the rock, pop, and blues spectrums with hard edge guitars and sinful rhythms, the group quickly gained notoriety for its animated stage show and its ability to entertain and engage audiences of all ages. Offering a wide range of shows with three to four sets of hard rock originals and classic covers, they quickly made a name for themselves for their ability to switch gears and play to more intimate venues, offering up acoustic sets. While searching for a major label to press their catalogue of material, the band entered the studios and released several original tracks online, with an independent debut album expected in 2013. |
