2019: Pop singer Kelly Fraser dies in her Winnipeg home at the age of 26. The native of Sanikiluaq, Nunavut, and former Juno Award nominee shot to fame in 2013 when she recorded a version of Rhianna's "Diamonds" in Inuktitut. No cause of death was given.
