Gordon Lightfoot peaks at #11 on the Canadian pop chart.
1967: A Passing Fancy’s “I’m Losing Tonight” peaks at #52 on the Canadian pop chart.
1972: Frank Mills’ “Love Me Love Me Love” peaks at #46 on Billboard’s chart.
1972: Spice hit #25 with “Strawberry Wine.”
1972: Neil Young‘s HARVEST is the #1 album in the US.
1972: The Poppy Family‘s “Good Friends” peaks at #10 on the Canadian pop chart, and would top the adult contemporary chart.

2007: Tiffany Dowhan is among the performers at the Kamloops Cowboy Festival.
2008: The last recording sessions from Jeff Healey are released as the MESS OF BLUES album, weeks after his death.
2014: Bend Sinister release their ANIMALS album.
2016: Thor is in Victoria, BC at the Red Lion Inn. The show features a screening of the “I Am Thor” movie, then the ONLY THE STRONG album done in its entirety.
2017: Teenage Head is in Brampton, Ontario for a show at Spot 1 Grill & Music Hall. It features the return of singer Dave Rave, who fronted the band from 1986 to 1989.
2018: Hedley‘s show in Windsor at Caesars Casino is cancelled by the booker due to the increasing number of sexual allegations against the band piling up.
2019: Justin Beiber is on Instagram and asks for his fans’ love, support and prayers, stating he’d been in a difficult place as of late. Skeptics are wondering if he’s just looking for attention. The video shows him with Kanye West. Make up your own mind.
