1971: Bif Naked is born in New Delhi, India, and named Elizabeth Torbert shortly after being adopted.

1974: “Sundown” by Gordon Lightfoot begins a three-week run on top of Canada’s RPM singles chart.

1977: Teaze opens for Triumph at the Stockade in Swift Current, Sask.

1985: Sheriff play their last show ever in Toronto.

1990: Colin James releases his sophomore album, SUDDEN STOP.

1991: Aldo Nova performs at Hart Plaza in Detroit.
